If you get in touch with us via e-mail of through the website, your details will be stored by us for 6 months for the purpose of dealing with your query and for any follow up required. Your data will not be forwarded to any third party without your consent.

Information Storage

For the purpose of a simplifying the purchasing process and for order completion through our webshop, within the framework of cookies, users´IP addresses are stored as well as the name, address and credit card number of a buyer.

Furthermore, in order to process the order we save the following information: the email address and the data provided for the production of the printed order. The information shared by you, the buyer, is for the production and completion of the order, i.e. the data required for the creation and printing of the order. Without this information the we are not able to complete the contract. Data will not be forwarded to a third party, with the exception of the following: credit card details required by the bank or payment service used to process payment, the contracted transport service or shipping company used to deliver the goods and our tax advisor required to fulfil our fiscal obligations.

Upon cancellation of the purchasing process all data saved by us will be deleted. Upon completion of an order all data in relation to the contract will be saved until the expiry of the fiscal retention period (7 years). The processing of information with be completed according to the legal stipulations of article 96 (3) TKG (Austrian Telecommunications Act) as well as article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) of the GDPR (necessary for the performance of a contract).

User data is saved for 14 months.
